When do the 30 days begin?
After the agreed setup has passed acceptance and the workflow goes live. Setup timing and access dependencies are stated in the pilot brief.
What happens after the free period?
You can explicitly agree to ongoing managed operation, a wider rollout or a separately scoped extension. The price or bounded range and variables are provided before enrollment. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Do we need to let you publish a case study?
No. You receive a private results review either way. Named, anonymous or aggregate publication requires a separate choice and approval of the actual material.
Can you connect our WhatsApp, booking system or POS?
We check the actual provider route and access during scoping. Official WhatsApp Business Platform service, booking and POS connections need verified integrations and are included only when accepted in the written pilot brief.
