This page describes the pilot application form on this marketing website. It does not cover a customer's later software deployment, which requires its own agreed data scope.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, work email, business name, industry, workflow, current software, a description of the problem and who can participate. If present, source or campaign tags and the referring page can also be submitted. Please do not enter credentials or personal customer records.
How the information is used
We use the application to assess fit, reply about the requested pilot and prepare a scope if both sides want to proceed. Campaign tags in the page address may be held for this browser session and included with an application. Form submissions are handled by Netlify when this site is deployed there and are available to the site administrators. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Publication and later work
Submitting an application does not authorize a public case study, logo, quote or testimonial. Any live pilot will set out its own access, usage, support and data arrangements in writing before it begins.
Questions or removal
You can request a copy or deletion of an application by replying to our response to your request. We do not ask for system passwords through email or the application form.
